Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space Your 4 adult guest reservation would include bedroom #1 w/queen bed, bedroom #2 w/2 full size beds. When the reservation is booked for 5/6 adults then you will have access to bedroom #3 w/queen size bed. We are STRICT on our guest number reservation that you book, if you need to update your guest number it must be done PRIOR to check in. Please note that bedroom #3 is NOT a child friendly space due to stairs. Home is on a large lot with plenty of open space. Large backyard with covered patio to relax and enjoy the air. Patio has adjustable sunshades to increase privacy. Reminder; Please read house rules. Guest access Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom #2 has 2 Full size beds, sleeps 2 adults. If your reservation is booked for more than 4 adult guests, you'll have access to the 3rd Bedroom that has a Queen size bed, sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom #3 has stairs stepping down into the room and is not child friendly. Large laundry room with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Covered patio with chairs. NO PETS, Strict Rule, No exceptions. Other things to note A reservation booked for more than 4 adults will have access to the 3rd bedroom with Queen bed. It is an absolute must to claim everybody on your reservation to help us prepare for extra towels, soaps and necessities. By making your reservation reflect the true size of your group it helps keep our cleaning fees and nightly rates low. We keep it simple, no frills, but we put effort into creating a comfortable stay for our guests! NO PETS ALLOWED. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately.
