If you wish to bring a pet but have not paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to host immediately. • No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required) • Must be at least 25 years old to book • Please report any damages that occur • No disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors or golfers • Check-in time 4:00 PM onwards • No extra overnight guests (if there are more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel reservation) • No moving/rearranging the furniture • No loud music after 10:00 PM • 11:00 AM is check-out ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • This is a 2-story house and has 2 steps to enter the main level. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor and require going up stairs to sleep. There are two ½ bathrooms on main floor. • This property has air conditioning, and a fan will also be provided if any rooms feel too warm in the summer. • Parking: 4-5 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. Garage and detached-garage are off limits, as is the apartment off of the main garage. There is a tenant living in the said apartment who will not enter the main house or backyard, but may come and go through the main garage.
