From the dining room you can stroll outside to the back patio to enjoy the view while grilling and listening to the waves crashing along the shore. During the warmer seasons you can venture out the backyard to the rocky shore and count the stars from the built-in platform deck. A movie lover’s dream, the living room features comfortable seating, a large screen TV and surround sound system. Please feel free to sign into any of your personal streaming services as the Roku guest mode allows you to select your check out date and will automatically sign you out of any personal accounts upon departure. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, the lakeside room features a queen bed, designated workspace, a smart TV and so many beautiful design details. Lastly, a full bathroom, powder room, and a laundry room finish off the main level of this home. Extra caution must be taken in the colder winter months as ice build-up on the rocks creates additional risks. Slippery Driveway Exercise caution during colder stays as water drainage across the driveway may lead to slippery ice buildup in freezing temperatures. Wet leaves and frost can cause slippery conditions. Guests are advised to navigate the driveway carefully. The property owner is not liable for any injuries due to slippery conditions. Propane amenities For your safety, please exercise caution when using the gas stove, fireplace, and BBQ grill. Never leave them unattended while in use. Highway danger The driveway of this rental property exits onto an often very busy highway, especially in the summer months.
