Our event room holds up to 30 people for your get together. It also has a full kitchen, bath and bedroom. Ideal for weddings, reunions, meetings, trainings, and more. The space 2 PROPERTIES IN ONE! PINK COTTAGE HOUSE AND EVENT HOUSE! Stay in the main house with up to 10 people and host an event during your stay and invite up to 30 guests in the venue meeting room. EVENT ROOM Can accommodate up to 25 attendees for bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette, meetings and training seminars, wedding day brunch, birthday party, ect! Banquet tables and chairs, sofa and chairs, smart tv, full kitchen and bath. Room opens to our beautiful blooming patio with seating and tables for up to 10-12 additional. BEDROOMS In the main house there are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in each room and a bedroom downstairs with queen bunk beds. There is also a living room downstairs with a queen size daybed and a glam room on the main floor with a small sofa that pulls out into a twin size bad. There is a bedroom in the event house with a queen size bed. BATHROOMS There are two full bathrooms in the main house. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a full bathroom in the venue house. KITCHENS The main house has a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer/ toaster oven, a confection counter cook top range. There is also a full kitchen and the venue house equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. WASHER AND DRYER There is a washer and dryer in the lower level of the main house in the closet and there is also a washer and dryer in the venue apartment. EXTRA LINENS AND TOWELS Extra towels and blankets are in the main floor bathroom cabinet, the glam room cabinet and the cabinet in the basement by the bedroom and the drawers in the basement by the bathroom. There are also extra towels and blankets in the venue apartment bedroom closet. INFANT ITEMS A pack and play bed and high chair are available for your use and located in the closet in the basement living room. HOT TUB AND PATIO The outdoor patio is equipped with a hot tub, tables and sun umbrellas and chairs. Guest access The main house, the patio and hot tub and the event venue and apartment are available for your use. The parking lot is also available for your use.
