Beautifully decorated & fully furnished, this condo will meet all of your needs including a luxury *king-size* bed, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and a super comfy sectional. The space This condo is located in the Heart of Highland. We have parks, restaurants, bars all within walking distance. The Summit is a short drive for all of your shopping. Hospitals (UBH, Ascension St. Vincent's, Children's of Alabama,) all within 5 minutes. We believe life is better with dogs, so we're happy to provide a pup-approved listing! Limit of 2 dogs. We do charge a flat $50 pet fee (regardless of number of dogs). Because we are passionate about pups, we will donate $25 from every pet stay to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society so every furry friend can find a forever home. Due to allergies, we are not able to accommodate cats or other pets. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire condo. We have a pool and a sitting spot that overlooks all of downtown on the front side. Other things to note This unit is located on the third floor with no elevator access.
