The space Our cozy and private guest suite is the perfect escape for those looking for a home away from home. The suite includes a comfortable king-sized bed, new tile bathroom, and a private deck with a year round hot tub and a gas fire table. With a square footage of 256, the suite is like a small hotel room, making it a great space for one or two guests. Please keep in mind the size of the suite when booking to ensure your expectations align. The guest suite is located on the lower level of a larger rental, separated by a set of stairs and a locked door , so you can rest assured that your space will be completely private. While the guest suite does share a building with the other rental, there is no shared space inside the suite itself. One of the doors in the bathroom is a locked door not accessible by any guest that leads upstairs to another rental. It's essentially like renting your own apartment. Please note that like any apartment, you may occasionally hear noise from the other rental. This is why we have quiet hours in place from 10 PM to 8 AM. If these rules are violated, you may be asked to leave without a refund. During quiet hours, we simply ask that guests refrain from loud music and yelling to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. However, you are more than welcome to talk and watch TV at a normal sound level. Additionally, each rental has its own private deck and hot tub, so you won't have to share with the other guests.
