Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The entire condo was decorated nicely and we had space to spread out. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the waves. We cooked every meal in house. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and cookwear. The property was just as described online. The beach views from the master bedroom were my favorite. The master being downstairs and the other bedrooms upstairs gave my family the private space we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The living area has 2 sliding doors that open up to a spacious balcony overlooking the gorgeous green and blue waters of the Emerald Coast. You can sit on the balcony or in the living room for hours and watch the waves roll in. Downstairs also features a well-equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful white cabinets and a tiled backsplash as well as laundry room with new washer and dryer. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund. The $37 Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required. No parties or unregistered guests.
