This 49m² dwelling comprises : - a large enclosed garden and spacious terrace equipped with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers perfect for relaxing moments in the sun, - a convivial lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace, - an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, - one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm), - a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), - a third bedroom with two single beds, - bathroom with shower. - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers, - air conditioning, carbon monoxide detector, - TV with satellite or cable, Wifi, - parking for two vehicles. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail. → The heated pool (unsupervised) will be open from the start of the Easter vacations (April) to the end of the All Saints' vacation (November).
