Ideally located in Costa Verde on the east coast of Corsica 30 minutes from Bastia airport, the house will offer you all the advantages of a location allowing you to easily discover the wonders of the northern eastern half of Corsica. The house is located 2km to the sandy beach of Prunete (Cervione). The house of 120 m2 was built according to eco-construction principles on a plot of 2500 m2 offering a large private garden. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom (Italian shower). The other 2 bedrooms are attached to a second living room equipped with a sofa bed . These two bedrooms have bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. The living room/kitchen/dining room of 50 m2 is very pleasant to live in and lit by two large glass windows giving access to 2 terraces, one on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the other rooftop terrace with 180° views of the mountain. Equipment is available to tenants during their stay: kayaking (need to have roof bars and straps to transport it, child surfboard, bodyboard, beach games (this equipment is used under the responsibility of the user). Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire house and garden. Other things to note Important: Pets (dog, cats) are accepted after prior request to the owner as cats are present on the property.
