Our bright and comfortable family home is 1.5 km from the beaches and the center of St Briac and St Lunaire, all at less than 10'by bike! Ideal also for departures from walking tours. Sheltered at the bottom of an alley, it is appreciated for its calm, its wooded environment and its spacious garden (1200 m2). Renovated in 2022, all modern with a warm interior, our house (110 m2) is very functional and allows you to live as much inside as outside!
