Quiet location on the edge of the village. The 135 square metre holiday homes are identically furnished and have two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD and DVD, a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x double bed + sofa bed) and a bathroom with WC and bathtub. A guest bed can be provided if required. A cot, high chair and footstool are available for small children. The houses are heated with electric heating (night storage heaters) and partly with underfloor heating. W-LAN is available to a limited extent within the complex. Each house has a furnished terrace, balcony (except DZV705, DZV706, DZV707), barbecue and car park. Boats (with and without motor) and bicycles can be hired on site. A new playground with swings, seesaws, climbing frame, walk-in rabbit enclosure, digging box, table tennis table and large play area was set up directly on the site in 2017.
