There are a total of 3 apartments. The other two apartments are have 1 long term tenant in each who are quite and to themselves. All amenities are exclusive/private to your group only. The property is located just minutes from I-40 and multiple restaurants and offers year-round mountain views from the 800sf balcony with a large sitting area and outdoor dining table. The space is set to accommodate 14+ guests and offers two living rooms and two kitchens with one on each level and plenty of room for everyone! The amenities are abundant with the pickleball/basketball court being at the top of the list! There is also a mini golf section and a large fire pit area below the court. Back at the top of the property you can walk out from the lower level to the hot tub which holds up to 7 people. Inside and located on the lower level we offer a workout room with a stationary bike and a punching bag with yoga mats.
