The space Fun in the Sun This bright and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath home has everything you need for an amazing Provincetown vacation! Built in 2021, the home is tastefully appointed with luxury features and finishes, while the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as ample stemware to celebrate in style with your friends. There is also a washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience. Both bedrooms have king-size beds enabling you to roll around in luxury with ample closet space for all of your festive party attire. Two desks in each bedroom are available for guests working remotely. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, ample storage for your beauty products, and bidet toilets so you are always fresh and ready for whatever comes your way. There is parking for two cars with EV charging stations at both parking stalls and the home comes with two bicycles available for your use so you can take advantage of Provincetown’s picturesque bike trail. The building comes equipped with a shared roof deck and kitchenette that has lounge chairs, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as, a firepit. All of this is just a short walk from fabulous shopping, amazing restaurants, art galleries, tea dances, grocery stores, neighborhood gyms, and exciting nightlife. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator. Please note that the home was recently purchased and some decor items will change from photos. The bed for the second bedroom will be changed from a queen bed to a king bed. Split units provide AC and heat. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Shared deck space hours are 9am - 9pm. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
