Other things to note ★ INFORMATIONS ★ ☆ SHARED BATHROOM ☆ Please note that bathrooms are shared to other guests. We have 3 bathrooms available, one located on 1st floor and 2 others on the 2nd floor. All guests can use them ☆ PARKING ☆ 1 car can be parked on the right-side driveway (right side of the house when you face the house from the street), but first come first serve. Do not park in the driveway on the left side of the house (the left side while viewing house from the street). All other guests can park on the street across the house. Street parking always have more than ample spots. Even though there is a sign saying "1 hour only" rest assured no one will enforce. If you encounter any issues, please contact us. ☆ LAUNDRY ☆ Please do NOT use laundry between 10AM - 4PM as the cleaning staff would need to use it. ☆ NOISE LIMIT ☆ A friendly reminder to please keep control of your noise level inside the property to show goodwill and respect to other guests. Quiet hours: 9PM - 8AM ☆ SHARED KITCHEN ☆ Please note to keep the kitchen clean immediately after using it to give way to other guests who likes to cook. Ensure the appliances are tidy after using and place the items on where you originally get it. Please keep the kitchen sink clean as well. Thank you! ☆ NO SHOES POLICY ☆ On the left side of the entrance, each room has a shoe box marked with the room number. There are disposable slippers in the shoe box. Please change your shoes at the entrance and put the changed shoes into the shoe box corresponding to the room number. You can also bring your own more comfortable slippers ☆ TRASH ☆ Please put all delivery food remains, bagged trash, pizza boxes, package boxes, and milk containers, etc to the outdoor trash carts at the outside of the laundry room. ★ HOUSE RULES ★ Please take a moment to review the House Rules section in the listing for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
