It is set in the calm gated community of Indigo Bay between Simpson Bay and Philipsburg and is self-contained with a separate entrance. Each level is accessed via a separate external entrance (there is no internal access between levels). This listing is for the upper level of the two-level Villa. We have a personal dedicated concierge to help you enjoy the island at its best. Services such as airport transfers, car rentals, restaurant recommendations, private chef and island activities can all be arranged to ensure a tailor-made vacation. The Upper Deck is a perfect place to recharge your batteries. Start the day with your coffee settled in a comfortable lounge chair on one of the terraces watching for boats to sail past. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk down to the local beach where you can go swimming and snorkeling -or you can go off to discover other parts of the island. Return to a heated plunge pool and enjoy a drink on the terrace where you will often see fantastic sunsets. Then it is up to you to decide whether to use the BBQ grill on the terrace, show off your culinary skills in a fully equipped kitchen or head back down to the local beach restaurant where they will cook a fabulous dinner for you! Open plan living and kitchen area The living room opens out onto the terrace overlooking the ocean and provides a comfortable seating area with a 65” TV with plenty of channels. You can log on to your Netflix or Prime account and watch TV as you do at home. Bedroom 2 This bedroom faces the hills. It has two twin beds which can be placed together or separated. Plenty of closet space. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, which is shared with the third bedroom/office. Bedroom 3/office This room can be used either as an office or third bedroom without compromising comfort on either. It has a desk and office chair as well as a wonderfully comfortable king-size pull-down bed which you can close away during the day to have a peaceful separate office. This room has windows facing the hill and the ocean. Outdoor terraces Outside there is a large terrace area with an ocean panorama to enjoy frequent beautiful Caribbean sunsets – we face the right way! You have a heated plunge pool and sunbeds to relax in. The terrace areas are designed to provide both sun and shade. There is comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill – all geared towards the outdoor life. All inside areas are air-conditioned, except for the bathrooms and the pantry. Beach gear If you choose to go to a beach where there is no chair service, we have beach chairs, an umbrella and masks for snorkelling. You will have access to everything except for one small owners' closet in the third bedroom. Our house manager will be there to greet you and answer questions you may have during your stay. She will also be there at check out. We will send you an house manual before you with arrive which includes recommendations for restaurants and things to do Indigo Bay situated between the capital of Sint Maarten - Philipsburg (where the cruise ships come in) and the vibrant (night) life of Simpson Bay.
