However, we’d like to set your expectatations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool temperature can be increased for an additional fee per stay. Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 – King Bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 3 - Two twin bunk beds – (sleeps 4) Bathrooms: The bathrooms are freshly updated. The ensuite off the master features a walk in shower. The second bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3 includes a shower/bath combo. Kitchen & Dining: The dining table can seat 8, while the bar space can seat four. The kitchen is stocked with pans, baking sheets, and most cookware you would need. Some key highlights include: Keurig, traditional coffee maker, Ninja Blender, dishware for children, wine glasses, cutting boards, and utensils. Spices, salt/pepper, oil, cleaning supplies and dish detergent can all be found within the kitchen. If you run out we kindly ask you pay it forward to the next guest and replace. These are NOT unlimited supplies and are not guaranteed. Walmart is directly across the street for easy access to any additional supplies you may need. Safety: Schlage Smart Lock will give you easy access in and out of the home. Ring doorbell for security purposes located on the front door. Smoke detectors throughout the home. New fire-extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. CVS right on the corner of the neighborhood entrance. This is a smoke free house inside and outside. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets. You must be 24-years old to book. We reserve the right to terminate if you do not meet this requirement.
