This 250m2, 19th-century château is ideally placed to take advantage of the many activities and visits available in the Cévennes and Ardèche regions. With family or friends, enjoy the large 14×7m indoor/outdoor swimming pool (June to September), games rooms (billiards, ping pong...), private boulodrome, the park entirely enclosed by a high wall with a bamboo grove and century-old trees (1.6 hectares) as well as the forest with its private riverside beach (1.4hectares). If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour.
