Our family had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for a nice stay, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was loaded with everything to cook for our family. Complex has coin operated laundry machines located on the first floor. *Parking available on site for 2 vehicles - no boat or trailer parking *Unit is located on the second floor with stairs required for access. No elevators in complex *The association has a strict NO PET policy for guests. NO EXCEPTIONS *No smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony per HOA. *No towels etc. can be hung from the balcony per HOA. Guest access Guests will have access to the condo with the exception of the Owner's Supply Closet. Other things to note There is a security camera on the front door.
