The ground floor features 2 equally comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room. Bedroom 1 is a bright and spacious room laid out with a king size or twin single beds. The room also boasts a Smart TV, double doors to a paved patio and luxury en suite shower room. It's so lovely, you may never wish to leave! Bedroom 2 houses another king size or twin single beds, Smart TV and en suite shower room. First floor The staircase leads to the first floor of the cottage where high, vaulted ceilings and modern lighting ensures the space feels bright, airy and extremely spacious. To the left of the staircase you will find the comfortable living area with cosy seating and superb, feature fireplace. There is also an enormous Smart TV, should you tire from looking at the fire. The other side of the upstairs comprises the modern kitchen and dining area. This stylish space is perfectly equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher washing machine and tumble drier. There is dining space for 4, ideally located next to the kitchen, perfect for hearty breakfasts and post-adventure feasts alike. Outside Forge Bridge House benefits from a shared paved patio area with Forge Bridge Cottage. There are tables and chairs for use for both properties, and views to the Coniston fells. Travelling with a dog? We can offer free use of a 1 acre enclosed field in Coniston village, perfect for off the lead running, walking, training and playing. Use by arrangement only.
