Your Space: - Entry: Access Apartment III from the portico and head up the staircase to your cozy living area, which includes a living room, a full bath, a kitchen/dining area, and a bedroom. The living room features a Hi-Boy dining table for extra seating and games. - Second Floor: - Kitchen & Dining: A compact yet functional space for meals with seating for seven, plus laundry facilities. - Living Room: Great for gathering, with additional tables for dining and playing games. - Bedroom #1: A comfortable queen bedroom. - Third Floor: - Bedroom #2: Another queen bedroom with a workstation. - Bedroom #3: A double-queen bedroom, also with a workstation. - Full Bathroom: Conveniently located upstairs. Guest access You will gain access to the property with a door code. Other things to note Age Policy: If you're under 25 and live locally, we kindly ask that you have at least three positive reviews before booking the entire home. Quiet Hours: We have wonderful neighbors, so we ask you to honor our quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Let’s keep the peace together! No Smoking or Vaping: To keep our space fresh, we ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside. A $250 fee will apply if there are any signs of smoking inside.
