Beach getaway right on the beach, with great surfing, restaurants and great beach bars (and only 45 minutes from San Salvador). It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio and gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator + stove 2021. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024! The house is open and breezy, yet secure. There are ceiling fans in the sleeping areas and windows with screens so they can remain open. There's AC in the bedrooms too. You can have privacy in the sleeping quarters with locks on the bedroom doors. There's parking inside the property. Guests have access to the whole house and the property is right on the beach. I'm available via text and phone once guests book. The caretakers of the house are available during your stay. They live next door and help clean and maintain the house and can facilitate getting any staples you might need. Quiet beach community, with access to restaurants and best surfing in the country. Yoga every Monday and Friday morning at 8:30 at Esencia Nativa with Alex. You can also contact her for private lessons (individual or group). She is an expert teacher, great with advanced and beginners. We will send her contact info once you book! Go to Puro Surf/Covana for the sunset and have a drink or dinner (5 min walk). Eat at El Vikingo (7 minute walk). Cold beers, , the best belgian fries in El Salvador, healthy organic smoothies, big burgers, pad thai, great sandwiches, noodles, lasagna, delicious Belgian meat stew, fall off the bone spareribs and a savory variety of vegetarian options. Eat pizza and grab a beer at Esencia Nativa (7 minute walk). Rent a surf board for $10 a day and try some lessons. I can arrange for pick up from the airport. House is right on the beach. Friendly area with some restaurants, walking distance, and others a few minutes away, driving along the coast. Secure parking within the property. The beach is volcanic and you can find little pools in the rock that are calm and good to sit in. The beach changes with the tides and seasons -- sometimes long sandy beaches and sometimes gorgeous black volcanic rocks. The beach house is rustic but comfortable. It’s been my family’s home for a couple of generations and we love it. It is not a resort.
