Registration form will be sent upon booking. * Our driveway can accommodate ~ 6 vehicles * There is a speed limit within the community, following speed limit is mandatory or there can be a fine issued by the security that you will be responsible for * If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it. * No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community. * Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night * Trash/recycling must be brought out to the two garbage bins located outside the house (garbage and recycling). * Guests use amenities at their own risk. * Please leave the house in the same condition as found * Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee * There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control * No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors) * Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count) * Please take your shoes off in the house to help us maintain cleanliness for you * Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times * SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time! If you smoke outside, please keep the perimeter clean. * Generally we do not accept large groups of under 25 years old. Smaller groups will require an upfront deposit depending on the group size and age. Guest access Guests are able to access anything on the property except for a garage. A huge outside deck, fire pit area, game room plus all the rooms in the house are yours to enjoy! Other things to note * Amenities passes are included with the booking registration free of charge * We encourage our guests to please read the rules and regulations of the Blue Mountain Lake Club community given to every guest at time of booking any fines given for a violation of the rules will be the sole responsibility of the guest who is renting the property * For the safety of our guests and protection of our property there is an exterior only security camera at the front door entrance
