Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The dock has two tie-offs if you are bringing your own boat or jet ski and want to tie it to the dock. Please be aware that the main slip is used full-time to store the homeowner's boat. The homeowner's boat and 2 jet skis are NOT available for guest use and there will be a $1000 fine each for tampering with either of these. Please note: the driveway to access this unit is steep. This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
