The newly renovated apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows, has a totally modern style and offers all the essentials. The Duomo is only 30 minutes from the apartment thanks to its public transport which you will find nearby. The Central Station is 30 minutes away with the public transport that you will find near the house. The space The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and has a modern design. There will certainly be no lack of brightness thanks to the large windows. It is suitable for 6 people and you can stay with your family, friends, business travelers who need a base, or even as a couple to enjoy total privacy. The apartment is on two floors: -Upstairs you will find the living room area, the open kitchen and a bathroom. -In the living room area you will find two double sofa beds. -The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, pans, pots, sink, glasses, plates, cutlery, dining table, chairs and coffee machine (the coffee is on us). -The bathroom offers: shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, set of towels and a courtesy kit which includes soap and shampoo. Downstairs you will find the sleeping area and a second bathroom. -The sleeping area is large and offers a double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. -The second bathroom offers a toilet and sink. It also has totally free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working with total speed and without interruptions. Guest access In-person identification is mandatory at our office, as per the Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT THE WIFI SOCKET! YOU RISK NOT TO ENTER! Those who are late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb. We do not let guests stay when we do not have documents.
