You'll have wifi, a complete kitchen, bathroom with heated shower and laundry. The building also has excellent amenities - swimming pool, lobby with front desk and 24/7 security. We're strategically located—just within a few minutes walk to a supermarket, malls and transport terminals. The airport is less than half an hour away. The space We've chosen high quality sheets and king size pillows for our guests. The study faces the window which has a view of Manila's sunset. The living area has a TV which has a Roku streaming device where guests can watch Netflix or YouTube. The dining and kitchen area has everything you need - refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, pots/pans, oven toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker and silverware. The bathroom comes with a heated shower and a toilet with a bidet. Also inside is an automatic washing machine with a dryer. You'll have easy access to the swimming pool and garden area since it is on the same floor. The elevator is right beside and being on the lower floors, you're guaranteed to have good elevator car coverage. Guest access We have a small cabinet in the bedroom where we store some supplies. Everything else in the apartment is for our guests. Other things to note Guests staying 2 weeks or longer will sign a lease contract. This facilitates a hassle free stay in the building which has strict security policies. Pay parking is available on around the block. Street parking is on Enterprise and Market Streets from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please look for a meter maid with the Metro Parking ID card before leaving your vehicle.
