The space This large dammuso includes two independent bathrooms equipped with a shower, three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a beautiful kitchen. It is located in the hamlet of Tracino, a very quiet village. It has been owned by us for over 150 years, it is a typical Panteca country building, with 1.5-meter drywall that keep the house cool all summer. Inside, we tried to keep the original furniture, while outside it overlooks a vineyard with some fruit trees available to guests ( plums, figs, prickly pears, grapes). It also includes a straw porch equipped with deck chairs, tables, chairs, outdoor shower hammock and also an ancient courtyard from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Less than 5 minutes by car is the most beautiful and famous coves on the island: Cala Levante, Cala Tramontana, the beautiful elephant arch, the thermal waters of Gadir. On foot you can reach the bakery, some mini markets, a bar, a restaurant, two pizzerias, a church and the pharmacy. Also within a few minutes by road (even on foot) you can visit the wonderful Mueggen Valley or the Ghirlanda plain. It has private parking for 3-4 cars.
