No cleaning and no chores. The space We do NOT have a bunch of rules nor ask you to do any cleaning. We have 4 bedrooms , 2 living areas, full size kitchen (fully equipped for cooking) and 2.5 baths. Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has a King. The fourth has a bunk bed set up with a full size and twin on top. The King room has its own bath with roll in shower. There are 2 completely separate "living areas". The King room has its own TV and the media room has a large tv, as well as the living area. As for shopping and dining nearby you are in the heart Wichita Falls just 10 minutes to downtown. Shopping, dining, breweries, wineries, theatre. You name it, is is close by. There are lakes for fishing, hunting and boating. A two hour drive to Dallas TX or OKC. You will enjoy the peace and seclusion of this lovely neighborhood that is very close to everything you need. A short distance to Sheppard Air Force Base if you are traveling to meet with family. Stay at Heritage Hamlet and attend one of the many events at the MPEC - Kay Yeager Stadium. The self check-in feature means there are no keys to worry about and you don't have to be concerned if your travel plans are delayed. Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
