Fully loaded kid-friendly family villa with a pool, sun deck, garden, patio, a real fire place, air conditioning and breathtaking ocean views situated on the Atlantic seaboard in downtown Cape Town. 5-7 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants in Green Point and a 15 minutes walk to V&A waterfront, the promenade and its many beaches, the stunning Green Point Park, the Cape Town stadium and the wider urban village lifestyle of Green Point. The space Our home is a cozy spot up the slopes of Signal hill, a part of Table Mountain National Park right in the middle of Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town. Its at Ocean View Drive which, as the name suggests, is all about views of the Atlantic, only interrupted by Robben Island in the distance. Even so, its smack bang in town, a 5-7 minute walk to all the Green Point shops and restaurants and a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront and a 10-12 minute drive to the stunning white beaches at Camps Bay. Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the party districts at Long Street and Sea Point. This home has five bed rooms and four bathrooms (out of which three en-suite) and two additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas. Our home has two sitting areas - one with a little swing next to a real fireplace and another around the TV. Our favorite part is the area outside which has a pool, a sun deck, patio and a little garden. There are fabulous views of the ocean from most parts of our home. It has one dedicated and secure parking garage. Special note: One of the reviews seems to suggest that this villa can only host 3 people.
