The space Situated in the spring, the apartment is super cozy and decorated, where we think of every detail to recreate a beachy, cheerful, familiar and comfortable space for relaxation and enjoyment. It comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 people including adults and children. On one of the best beaches on the North Coast of Bahia (Guarajuba Beach), the apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, an American kitchen equipped with household utensils, one air-conditioned suite with one double bed and one auxiliary single bed, one guest room air-conditioned, with double bed and one single auxiliary bed, one social bathroom and large balcony. The latter, restricted to residents. Guest access Guests will have access to all condominium environments except party room. Access to the barbecue kiosk is through advance reservation and payment of a use fee to the condominium. The amount of the fee is not included in the rental price and will be on the guest if they want to enjoy the barbecue. In the apartment, guests will be able to use all spaces, except luggage carriers with keys for our private use. Other things to note The maximum guest limit in the apartment is 8 people (considering adults and children). It is not possible to host more than this number of people due to the limitation imposed by the Condominium's regulations, under penalty of sanction. Guests need to be identified by the condominium administration and because of this, after a finalized reservation, we send an email requesting the name and ID number of the guests and send a lease agreement for signature with the condominium rules for knowledge.
