Walking 5 minutes to Norder weekly market, 1 km to the train station, 5 km to Deich and Norddeicher Strand. Since we temporarily use the apartment as a family with two children ourselves, it has the character of a cozy home rather than a barren 0815 apartment. It is well equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The space A large, connected living area with kitchen and living room offers plenty of space to linger and be together. Sofa corner with TV, fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area help to feel at home here. In the utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer can be used. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom/toilet. In addition to central heating, the wood-burning stove can be used, firewood is provided in the cold season. A small bedroom is mainly intended for young guests, but can also be used by up to two adults with a 1.40 m bunk bed and a small single bed. In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 m double bed and another TV that invites you to film evenings in the bed. The apartment is on the first floor of the front house, A car parking space on the property can also be used to park bicycles if necessary. In the back house lives a family, who also do the key handover. Guest access In the house is an apartment as well as a permanent apartment. Some cupboards / drawers in the apartment still contain private inventory. You will also find some board games as well as children's toys for shared use. Use of the garden is not yet prepared, but appropriate possibilities are to be created in a perspective. Other things to note As a tourism location, the City of Norden requires the payment of a guest fee per guest and per night ("Tourist Tax"). This will expand or maintain the tourist infrastructure. As a host in the tourist area, we are obliged to collect this amount and forward it to the spa administration. For this, you can use various discounts, e.g. on bus tickets and tickets. The conditions are as follows: children are free, adults from 14 years pay €3.50 per night in the high season (from 15 March to 31 October) and €1.80 per person per night in the low season (November to 14 March).
