If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. The hot tub is set up. It is a 5 person Morgan spa. The pump is a 5 hp 2 speed so the jets have a nice strong current on high speed. Please be in mind the cleaning fee includes the maintenance of the hot tub. At the beginning, I also thought owning a hot tub wouldn’t be a nightmare :) But man does it feel worth it when you get to enjoy the warm water 🫠 To unlock door press the number code in the check in description and then the lock button, make sure to press the door in to give the lock button relief to unlock. The outside lights are solar aka powered by the sun, if they are flickering or not working at all it’s because it was raining or cloudy all day. If they are flickering while you’re trying to enjoy the outside night sky, you’re more than welcome to press the button on the back until they are turned off. Might see my grandfather riding inside his side by side or tractor. He’s quite friendly and enjoys conversation. Also might see him working on his garden (he is out there very seldomly) that is directly in front of the tiny house. The only house that is in sight is vacant 99% of the year. It is very peaceful out here. We do have 4 dogs, 3 of them are small corgi mixes. And 1 is an Australian shepherd, the Auzzie is the biggest baby of them all, he normally gets picked on by the corgis! Lol Guest access The tiny house, all of driveway, hot tub, the road in front of the house if you’d like to go for a walk. You or your kids are more than welcome to walk out into the field(pick flowers, throw a baseball, play corn hole/baggo if you have a set, etc) There should be firewood at the house. If for some reason there isn’t any, I will be more than happy to supply you. I have had folks that wanted to go search for some, that is more than fine. Other things to note Black water is hooked up to above ground septic tank behind house. Gray water/ shower both sinks and washer are drained into our ditch. Cell service works great with all carriers. Mobile hotspot works great as well, hook up the tv to my phone with no issues. Enter hot tub at your own risk, I will not be liable for anything in relation with the hot tub. There are no hand rails for any stairs, please be careful I will not be liable for any kind of injuries. The stove top is fueled by propane. The propane tank is inside the lower cabinet. I keep the propane off. If you would like to turn it on that is more than fine, just make sure to turn it back off when you’re finished. The propane does not leak but I do not want to take any chances. There is a carbon monoxide/smoke detector in case of emergency. I will not be liable for any carbon monoxide injuries. Curtains are setup for stylish look, if you would like to unhook the strap for more privacy that is totally fine. If you’d like more privacy up inside main loft you can grab the pillows from guest loft and shove them inside the window. Daytime main lights also have night lights. Double flick the light to use them as night lights. Grill supplies are inside of stair/cabinetry I do have olive oil inside of glass container, I care about the health of my tenants
