The space The house is SPACIOUS, DECORATED, well VENTILATED (no mold). The front gives to the urban area (street) and at the back the view is to a rural area. It has 01 suite and 01 semi-suite (double and single bed in each), living room/TV, Wi-Fi, dining room and kitchen together, service area (tank and clothesline), bathroom and parking with three spaces, one COVERED (garage). Includes supply of bed and bath linens (without change) and kitchen utensils. There is an attached and independent suite that is not available (black color area on the floor plan). For the delivery of the house, it must be observed what this item is recommended in the house rules. Other things to note The WINDOWS have SHUTTERS WITH TELINHAS and sealing doors, making it possible to choose the OCCURRENCE OF VENTILATION in the heat, without the entrance of mosquitoes or sealing of air currents in cold periods.
