It is only 5km from beautiful sandy Mediterranean beaches, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. Our beautiful port has recently been totally renovated, making it even more enjoyable. The port is a genuine village hub with lovely bars and restaurants that serve the wonderful local oysters & mussels and local wines like the popular Picpoul. The space Ideally situated in the heart of this historic village, our three-storey house, previously a wine making house has been tastefully renovated. The house is on three storeys, the ground floor gives access to the laundry facilities, the first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small TV/reading lounge. The first bedroom has an En-suite bathroom, a king size bed, storage and is located at the front of the house with 2 small balconies and has a sunny aspect. The second bedroom also has a king size bed or twin beds, storage, a private bathroom and air conditioning and is located at the back of the house with morning sun. The cosy lounge/TV room also has a large desk. The top floor is an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, the space opens onto a sunny & private roof terrace with a selection of plants and outdoor furniture, the perfect place for relaxing with a glass of wine. Other things to note If you are coming by car, you won’t be able to park outside the house as the streets in the old village are very narrow, however you will be able to unload your luggage.
