It has a large comfy California King bed with an ensuite bathroom, the upstairs has three bedrooms with comfortable Queen sized beds a full bath and an office/ work space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and front and backyards. Guests do not have access to the garage. If staying an extended period of time garage access can be requested if needed. Only 2 cars permitted on property, if you have more than two, arrangements for garage access must be made ahead of time. Other things to note Please note you must be at least 21 years or older to rent and can not rent for other guests. Please note, if your stay falls on Wednesday: The pool is serviced every Wednesday morning/afternoon by a pool company- they clean and treat the pool as well as check that everything is working properly. It is very important these cleaning are not missed to insure proper maintenance, cleanliness and PH balance of the pool. Tuesday: Trash pick up is early Wednesdays morning. To insure all future guests have available space to dispose of their garbage, please take out all trash and bins to the curb (on street not sidewalk) Tuesday night. If checking in on a Tuesday, the trash bins will already be on the curb but it will be your responsibility to bring them back in (behind side gate) by Wednesday night to avoid HOA fines. Failure to not take out/In garbage could result in a fine. If physical restrictions prevents you from taking in or out bins please do not hesitate to reach out so arrangements can be made.
