The space As our guest, you'll have the entire home to yourself, providing privacy and comfort throughout your stay. One of the highlights of our property is the boat house, a delightful space where you can unwind and take in the beauty of the lake. Inside the boat house, you'll find a 2-person hot tub, perfect for soaking your cares away. Additionally, there's a grill, refrigerator, table, and chairs, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals while enjoying the breathtaking lake view. Parking will not be an issue, as there is plenty of space available. You'll have easy access to the lake for swimming, and we also provide two kayaks for those who want to venture out onto the water (life jackets use required). Whether you're an experienced kayaker or a beginner, exploring the lake is an exciting activity to try during your stay. Guest access Guests have full access of this home, and use of the lake, dock, and kayaks. Other things to note This is a retreat directly on Chateaugay Lake. The home is accessible in all seasons, and is only 30 minutes from Titus Ski Mountain. If you feel like a hike we're approx. 15 minutes to the Lyon Mountain firetower hiking trail. We are close to the snowmobile trails, and fishing all year round is a must! There is a bait and tackle shop just a short drive away.
