Cozy wooden house with wrap-around porch in the mountains of Utuado The space Casita M & M is five (5) minutes from Canon Blanco in Utuado with Lago Dos Bocas , Lago Caonillas and Centro Ceremonial Indígena close by, among other attractions. We are also very accessible to the town of Jayuya, a town that offers a lot of culture, and is only 20 minutes away. Our cozy home includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor. There is a downstairs terrace with another bathroom accessible from the outside. Perfect for family get-togethers, there is plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. There is a wrap-around porch with seating for 7 people and beautiful views of the mountain. In the downstairs area, there is a hammock and table/chairs located in the downstairs bathroom that can be used for a social gathering/BBQ area. In addition to social areas, there is a fully functioning kitchen that includes a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a small selection of beverages on the house. Guest access No parking in the fenced-in area. Safe street parking accessible in the front of the house. Other things to note Welcome to the island life! At times in Puerto Rico, both the electricity and water supply comes and goes. At Casita M&M, we are off the grid and run on solar energy powered by a Tesla battery. Electricity will not be a worry. In the event of a water outage, the house is equipped with a 600-gallon water tank that can be turned on at any time. Instructions will be provided on how to do so.
