In an old building, you will enjoy an apartment equipped with everything you need. Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (No elevator). The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator, please take this into consideration before making your reservation. It is spread over two levels. On the first level, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a possibility of accessing a small terrace through the common areas. On the second level, you will find the sleeping area and the bathroom. In the bedroom area, you have a Queen-size bed on one level and a mezzanine (with low height) with a bed measuring 140/200. To ensure your stay is as sanitary as possible, the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a specialized company. The amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen Coffee machine Kettle Dishwasher Washing and drying machine Iron High-speed WIFI access throughout the apartment. Bed linen is provided (according to the number of guests). Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note The apartment is located on the top floor without an elevator (which is not possible in historic buildings in Paris), so there are 5 floors to climb to access the apartment. Please take this into consideration before making your reservation. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Once you arrive at the apartment, you will quickly forget about this small inconvenience when you admire the view from the terrace! The accommodation is only accessible to the individuals identified on the reservation. A security deposit of €200 is required to access the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the rules or any damage, additional charges will be applied. Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as any noise disturbances.
