The first floor has a fully equipped renovated kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, a half bath, living room, and a second living area with a Queen La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa. Both living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with cable. Out the sliding glass doors out back you'll find a private deck with a gas grill and green area with no fencing. Upstairs on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One has a king bed, the other has 2 double beds. The master with the king bed has a view of the front of the Motel which overlooks route 4 and the Ottaquechee River.
