You have ONE parking space. The parking space is in the driveway next to your door. There is a keypad door lock for no contact check in. The entire studio is yours, including access to a washer/dryer in your unit. Other things to note Welcome information will be sent to you once you book your stay at PARK SIDE STUDIO. Check-In and Check-Out instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. You will receive your personal key code through the Airbnb app. CHECK-OUT TIME: no later than 11:00AM. A late check out fee of $20 for every 30 minutes past 11:00AM will be applied. PET FEE: $45, must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in. *PLEASE NOTE* -You must be able to climb stairs. There are TWO stairs up to the front porch entryway. - This unit faces I-696 and you will likely experience traffic related noise, especially during busy hours of the day. -Host is not responsible for any third-party outages such as electricity, water, and internet due to weather or construction related.
