A kitchen with cooking facilities, refrigerator, washing machine, spacious living room, front and rear balcony. 5 min. form the airport, Walking distance to Supermarkets, 5-7 min. drive to the Blue bay Golf resort, Kokomo, Pirate bay, and Parasasa beach and Sambil Shopping Mall. Public transportation also available to the City 10-12 min drive. The space Each room has a private entrance door, private bathroom and a spacious room (5 x 6 meters square m2) with a king bed, Sofa bed, spacious wardrobe, TV, AC, FAN, ironing board, hairdryer extra pillows, towels and sheets. The apartment comes with the option of maximal 4 guess, however each room has the option for additional Gues or Kids, additional guess age greater than 12 years will be charged an additional fee. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor of the owner house, with private entrance and parking. Other things to note We kindly ask for your cooperation in managing the electricity usage during your stay, Electricity is quite expensive on the island and in order to keep the prices reasonable, we kindly request you to be mindful of your electricity usage. If you could turn off all AC and lights while leaving the apartment during the day, it would help save electricity. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Please note that smoking is only allowed outside the house on the balconies with the door closed. We have ashtrays available for your convenience. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned both at arrival and departure to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. However, if you require any additional cleaning during your stay, we offer this service at an additional fee of $30. You can let us know, and we'll arrange for our cleaning staff to take care of your request. We want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay with us. If you need any guidance or tips to make your stay memorable, please let us know. We would appreciate any ideas for improvement and are happy to provide transportation to nearby supermarkets and beaches free of charge if you inform us beforehand. We can also arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport for a small fee if you are not renting a Car.
