With four bedrooms , two bathrooms, a spacious dining room and living room, plus a dedicated workspace, there is plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located, you are close to ISU and Deming park. minutes away from east side shopping, restaurants, and the Terre Haute Casino Resort. The space Kitchen:  Fully stocked. It has a selection of coffee and tea provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a 12 cup coffee pot. The kitchen also has a crockpot, blender, hand mixer and toaster.  Dining room: Enjoy a meal around the spacious, custom-made cherry wood table that seats 10. Or play a game of chess or checkers.  Living room:  There is a large sectional sofa with a smart TV. All smart TV's include the Discovery+ family of channels. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk, chair and lamp.  Bedroom 1 downstairs: There is a queen size bed, and a smart TV with an adjoining bathroom that connects to bedroom 2. Adjoining bathroom: Tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 downstairs: There is a queen size bed, and a smart TV with an adjoining bathroom.  Bedroom 3 upstairs: This is a spacious upstairs bedroom with two queen beds, and one twin bed. Bedroom 4 upstairs: A cozy upstairs bedroom with one twin bed. Second bathroom downstairs: There is a beautifully tiled, standup shower.  Kids play area: Upstairs there is a wonderful little open area with a few books and toys and a beanbag that kids will love. Guest access Self check-in with an electronic keypad. You will be sent a code the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home for your stay, except for a supply room closet and the basement. The garage is also off limits.
