The lake area has a wide sand beach, dock, and kayaks and a stand-up-paddle board for use. The space This two story 6 bedroom home sits in the heart Ely, next to the Grand Ely Lodge. You are a 15 minute walk from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, art, a park and more. Our beautifully remodeled space comfortably sleeps 12 guests with six bedrooms, three full baths, and a one 1/2 bath. Recently renovated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, and game/cocktail room with views of the lake on all sides. We are located one block from Miner’s Lake and the Trezona Trail- rent a bike or bring your own! The property is uniquely flat, allowing for ease of access during all seasons. The elegant, yet comfortable home is approximately 3500 sq ft and includes 6 bedrooms, a unique dining table, modern showers, two living rooms and game rooms. The kitchen and living room are an open concept, with the bathroom and laundry room are located adjacent to the kitchen. The 1 downstairs bedroom features: (1) one king bed. The 5 upstairs bedrooms feature : (3) king bed, (2) with two twin beds. We supply all your basic kitchen needs, linens, extra blankets/pillows, towels, and basic toilet items. You will fall in love with the atmosphere of this property, a unique Ely space with a unique and special walk to the end of Sandy Point. There is an 2 patio tables, grill, and several Adirondack chairs outside for your private enjoyment. We will leave you a list of local spots we like to visit, as well as a map to the snowmobile trail. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property, with the exception of the pole barn and garage Other things to note Sandy Point landing is immediately adjacent to this property for complete ease of boat access. There is sufficient parking on site for trailers. We have high speed internet, smart TVs and strong cell reception. There are several coffee shops and a new co-working space in town, if needed. To rent boats or pontoons on Shagawa: Lake View Lodge, they will deliver to public boat launch on the lake. Call in advance. While we have a fire pit, we do not provide firewood. DNR approved firewood can be purchased locally at many of the gas stations in town. The DNR prohibits transportation of firewood from outside of the Ely area in attempts to slow the spread of invasive species.
