Nickerson State Park, Nauset Lighthouse, Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary are all less than 10 miles away. Full of sunlight and plush furnishings, the home's main living area boasts an excellent space to read and visit with the people you love. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents any chef's dream with its center island, ample meal prep space, and updated appliances. With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone's comfort is catered to. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Although the occupancy is eight, two out of the eight must be children as the twin beds are only suited for kids. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
