Apartment with an Ocean View is a 2 bedroom apartment, with a stunning panoramic of the Caribbean Sea, where guests could sit on the balcony to relax, unwind and enjoy the spectacular sun sets almost every day. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an area in the living room to put a fold up single bed to accommodate the 5th guest. The master bedroom has an air-conditioning unit, and the other bedroom has a ceiling fan. All doors and windows has mosquito nets installed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a 40” inch smart TV with Netflix, U Tube , and even better yet IPTV system, where whatever part of the world you are from you could have access to your favourite channels. There is free off street parking and also free Wi-Fi. A barbeque grill is available upon request. For the avid golfer, there is a nine hole golf course just five minutes away at the Sandals La Toc hotel. For the health fanatic there is a treadmill in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is fully self contained. Other things to note Apartment with an Ocean View is located in an extremely quiet and friendly neighborhood. The nearest bus stop is about a five minute walk up a hill. For now the bus fare into the city center is EC$2.50. If you have your own transport it is about a ten minute drive (no traffic) Self-hired vehicles and taxis are easily accessible. The nearest beach, La Toc, is a 5 minute drive away and Vigie Beach by car is fifteen minutes away (no traffic). The nearest restaurants, Coal Pot and Auberge Seraphine, are within ten to fifteen minutes’ reach; likewise are the supermarkets, pharmacies and the world-famous Castries Crafts Market. Our international airport (Hewanorra) is approximately 1 hour drive and our smaller inter-island commuter airport (George F L Charles) is 15 minutes by car. Arrangements could be made for a taxi to pick you up at the airport, or you could pick up your self-hired vehicle right there at the airport. For guests coming from Martinique, Guadeloupe or Dominica, Port Castries is about a five minute drive. The Owen King EU hospital (OKEU hospital), Victoria hospital, and Tapion hospital are about a seven to ten minute drive if you have your own transport. It is an ideal location for medical students seeking accommodation when doing their internship. For students taking public transport they will need to take a bus into Castries and another bus to the hospital.
