We are a short drive to Jerome, Sedona and many award winning wineries and fabulous restaurants here in Cottonwood. Our home invites romance, family bonding and friend trips. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and has a 6' fence enclosing the entire backyard so you will have privacy from the neighbors. You will also find that this is a great birdwatching area! We've seen bright yellow finches, brilliant red cardinals, orioles, and quail. A quick note about occupancy. I ask that you limit your occupancy to 8 people at all times, including children of all ages. Thanks for your understanding on this. Guest access The entire space is included in this rental. Other things to note This home is in a quiet residential community. Please respect our neighbors. Parties will be shut down immediately and you will be evicted without a refund. Absolutely no smoking of any substance including vaping and e-cigarettes inside the home, including the game room. This will result in a minimum fee of $1800 for deodorization if there is smoke odor in the home upon check out. Please shower and use the restroom before entering the hot tub. Any lotion, make up, etc will make the water cloudy and unusable, and will result in having to get the tub drained and refilled. If we have to drain the tub after your departure, there will be a $100 fee. We have a strict 8 person limit in the house and on the property at all times. This is absolutely non negotiable.
