The house is a mini hotel. Some past guests described it in their reviews as "like a 5-Star Hotel" This room has a Queens size bed, smart lock, smart TV and other essentials. About two guests share a bathroom, but they are regularly sanitized and disinfecting wipes are provided. Rooms with private bathrooms are also available. Most places of interest in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia like BWI and IAD airports, Uni. of Maryland Medical School, John Hopkins, are easily accessible from here. The space This luxurious and spacious house is on 3 levels, with a few step at the entrance. Most bathrooms are on 1st and 2nd floors. However, there is a double room on the ground floor for guests that have difficulty with stars and all steps have support rails. The parking lot with CCTV coverage and Motion alarms is at the back of the building. Guest access Digital Smart Lock Access Codes are provided for self-check in around check in, which is usually 3pm. Guests have exclusive access to their rooms and all other common spaces like the living room, kitchen, dining areas, etc. Coffee and Ice Makers are available in the kitchen, and tea and coffee are provided for guests. During your stay Hosts are friendly, but follow guests’ lead. Hosts would be available to provided needed support to guests as much as possible, but could be reached on support line provided to guests that are lodging. Other things to note To prevent fire hazard, no form of “naked lights/flames” like cigarette/weed, candle, incense, etc., are allowed in the house. Guests may smoke on the platform behind the house.
