Your family will love time spent here in this modern/rustic camp right on the water. Less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown Greenville where you can visit and shop, enjoy a lunch or dinner on the water at one of the local restaurants, or grab your own grocery’s and more at Indian Hill where they have all of your needs. Small or large families welcome, very comfortable and spacious. We have an All season property for you to enjoy all outdoor activities and more. Our place is yours to enjoy. The space With this space there is plenty of room for two families to share. There are two kings bedrooms, and two queen bedrooms in the large cabin. In the small cabin there are two queen beds with a loft that has two twin size and a pull out full size couch if you find you need that extra as well. Both cabins fully equipped kitchens with everything you will need. There are two bathrooms in the main cabin, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. In The smaller cabin, the bathroom is on main floor. We have a children’s pack n play, high chair, and baby gate to block the stair way. There are two grills on the patio that should always have propane, if low or you run out during your stay we do ask you to exchange that so we aren’t leaving it empty and I will provide $20 for the exchange. We do not have property maintenance to check in on you, however if something is wrong or you need assistance immediately, please reach out to me so I can make plans accordingly to help. We offer a wood fire pit we ask you to be be very cautious with using. Wind can pick up in the evening hours and it can become unsafe quick if not contained. There is a propane fire pit on the front deck of the main cabin where you can sit and over look the lake and enjoy a fire as well. We have a large driveway, this helps with parking trailers for the winter season if your hauling snowmobiles up to enjoy the trails. Guest access Cabinets in the mud room hold personal items and supplies maintenance uses to maintain the cabins, those stay locked. The smaller cabin can be rented as well but there is a separate fee to use that. If you find that the extra space would be helpful, please let me know and I will request that extra rental fee from you (it is not included in the initial rental price) unfortunately that’s not possible or everyone is going to be charged for it that wether they choose to use it our not. So setting up the request fee option seemed like the most efficient fair way to do this. This will exclude the washer dryer use of course. You do not get charged entering the camp to utilize the washer dryer-those are for all guests to use. You are welcome to use any of the Water accessories, kayaks, floats etc as part of the property. If you can be sure they are put back and empty out the water before leaving, we would appreciate that so nothing gets blown into the lake or ruined. Maintenance inspects everything inside and out each property visit to clean and prepare for next guests. If maintenance finds that anything has been damaged, they immediately notify us with pictures. Guests will be charged if damage is beyond repair or will cost to replace or repair. So we ask very kindly to leave everything as you found it so we don’t ever have to do this please 🙏🏻 Other things to note For reservations with more than 8 guests, or any others who want to rent the small camp and or the bunk house ( with the same group booking) I have to send you a request for the rental fee for those other spaces. Those fees change slightly depending on the season. It’s an extra space that requires maintenance with cleaning, electricity etc-those are not included in the initial rental fee.
