Large dinningroom table plenty of seating for every one at meal times. We are not accepting pets at this time. Guest access This is the 3rd floor Penthouse Suite. When you arrive, walk into the lobby and head stright for the elevator. Inside the elevator you will see a code key pad. Enter the code you receaved for your Suite C. and push the 3rd floor button. When the elevator door opens you will be walking stright into your Suite! This is a Multi Unit Building. There are security cameras in the parking lot, lobby, game room ,and fire stairwell. There are no cameras in the Suite its self. Other things to note Suite C has a maximum of 14 Guests allowed. The security deposit is a temporary hold on your credit card and will be auto lifted 7-14 days after your stay. Please note the short term lease agreement must be signed before check in information will be given. This is a Multi Unit Building. There are security cameras in the Parking lot, lobby, game room ,and fire stairwell. Payment policy: 49% of booking price due at the time of booking. The remainder balance will be due 50 days before your stay. Our Cancelation policy: 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel 60 days before check in. No refund if you cancel after 60 days. Cancel by 11:59 pm (property's local time) 60 days before your check in date listed to qualify for the refund amount. Sleeping arrangements: King bedroom sleeps: 2 Adults. Queen bedroom sleeps: 2 Adults. Queen bedroom with twin trundle sleeps: 2 Adults and 1 kid. Bunk room: Bottom bunk full size bed sleeps 2 Adults. Top bunk full size bed sleeps 2 kids. Twin size trundle bed under the bunkbed sleeps 1 kid. Regular twin bed sleeps 1 kid or small adult. Twin trundel bed under regular twin bed sleeps 1 kid.
