The space The bedroom includes a queen mattress and linens. There is also a flat screen televisions with streaming capabilities. The bedroom also includes a five-drawer dresser and closet. Your private full bathroom is only accessible through your bedroom. Guest access You will share the home with another guest. The other guest will have their own private bedroom and bathroom which you will not have access too. Your bedroom will have a lock which is operable from both inside and outside of the home. You will also have a private bathroom which is only accessible from your bedroom. You will share all other areas of the home - living room, dining room, kitchen, first floor powder room, washer and dryer (on bedroom level), and outside patio. This home also has an unfinished basement that you can utilize. Other things to note This room comes with the exclusive use of one private parking space in the back out the home. You will also have access to free street parking on a first come, first serve basis. It's important to note that street cleaning occurs on Mondays and Thursdays on the even side of the street and Tuesdays and Fridays on the odd side of the street from 10:30am to 2:30pm. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked on the opposite side of the street being cleaned during these times.
