Main house has 5 bedrooms plus a loft, 3 full baths, kitchen, den and laundry. Relax and watch your family in the lake, and eagles circle from the screened gazebo. Enjoy the grandchildrens playhouse. Attached apartment has two big rooms, that sleeps 10 with a full bath; all connected by a huge deck with BBQ and firepit! The space This lake house was built for the grandparents to enjoy being at the lake with their grandchildren. It beckons you to come sit, relax and enjoy the water-in every season! Stress seems to fall off with each step you take from the car. The huge deck has room for everyone, a recent wedding seated 50 comfortably. The family room is a large room with two story windows for enjoying the outside inside, there is a large rock fireplace with seating for conversation and TV watching. The full size kitchen includes the typical appliances and an ice maker. A table that seats 5 in the kitchen that was handmade by the great great grandfather. It is not a fancy house where everything is new, it's a refuge and a place for families to be together. As the family grew, so did the lakehouse. The playhouse was added when the grandchildren were young and the "Cousin Club" apartment was added when the grandchildren grew up and needed more space for friends and now spouses. There are beds for 23 people! No sofa sleepers, beds! We would love for you to come and enjoy the peace that comes with being on the quieter side of the lake. Come make memories in our favorite place! Guest access Guest will have full access to the main house, apartment, play house, gazebo, deck and obviously the lake. The garage is not part of the listing and there are a couple of locked closets/cabinets where the owners store personal effects. There are no lifeguards on duty and the owner assumes no liability for injury or death that may occur in or around the property, land or water.
